Minella's Diner leaves the Lincoln Highway

On May 15, 2003, Roger Hacker of Lake City, Florida finally found his diner. On the hunt for a vintage diner in good condition for well over a year, Hacker tried and failed to acquire both the Ingleside and the Tom Sawyer Diners, but when a deal to send Minella's to Ohio fell through Hacker finally found himself in the right place at the right time. Last week, he became the new owner of Minella's Main Line Diner in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
